We've set out with an ambition to get women confident, strong, and in control of their bodies. We've adapted our original 6-month cycle to a monthly progressive plan, keeping you active and on track at home.

We're a team of two, two incredibly passionate trainers with expertise in different fields. Combined together, and on a mission to take a growing community of women from beginner to bad-ass with their home fitness training. We also aim to disturb the industry, our ethos is not to tell a woman to be a certain shape but to encourage her to feel powerful in her own.
