THE CHALLENGE 

The challenge for you is to follow the workout above for the next 10 days! This is the perfect workout for setting the correct foundations for any future training. As Personal Trainers, we understand the best approach when starting out is to learn to move your body effectively & with confidence first. We made this workout to be both manageable and sustainable if you are a complete beginner or if you have had some time away from fitness.​

We don't want you to be fatigued we want you to come back stronger each day. To achieve this we must focus on quality, not quantity. Keep count of your initial repetition numbers on the exercises and as the days go on your strength will no doubt skyrocket until you are performing the full 10 high-quality reps on each exercise! Feel free to repeat the circuit section if you want to do 4 rounds.

We also want you to record yourself in landscape performing the whole first round of the circuit. This is for you to be able to assess your technique and be able to pinpoint where you can improve (don't worry about any mistakes, that's what we are here to help with). In 10 days time, we recommend re-filming the first round to see how much you have improved! This is a way of us getting physical transformation in performance rather than basing the quality of your training on looks. Training with Invicta Movement is so much more than that. Let's do this!
